Over recent years, significant developments across the debt markets have provided companies with an increasingly complex array of debt funding options. In particular, the alternative debt markets have grown rapidly with a wide range of new non-bank lenders entering the market with significant liquidity and new structures. Canaccord Genuity has leading debt advisory teams in Europe, North America and the Middle East comprising senior bankers with many years’ experience, both as lenders and advisors, providing high quality independent advice. We cover the full spectrum of bank, bond, asset backed and alternate debt and quasi-debt solutions and benefit from senior level relationships with over 150 lending institutions. This expertise, combined with the industry insights provided by our research and sector teams, enables us to gain a deeper understanding of our clients’ funding profiles and requirements which, in turn, enables us to optimise their funding structures.
