As one of the few real growth sectors in the UK market, the TMT sector has seen startling changes over the last two decades and will continue to develop at an extraordinary speed. At Canaccord Genuity, we have one of Europe’s leading dedicated TMT investment banking teams, working closely with our global TMT and ECM partners around the world. Our team has substantial domain expertise across key subsectors and is well equipped to capitalise on the trends driving the sector, including Big Data analytics, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, mobile payments and the Internet of Things. We also cover a broad spectrum of cross-sector technology trends such as FinTech and Adtech. In Europe we have executed transactions with an aggregate deal value in excess of £10 billion over the last 5 years, encompassing IPOs, secondary financings, and public and private M&A. We will give you sound advice and provide you with the necessary support to deliver your strategic objectives.
